CARE NOTES
Keeping considerations
Provide a spacious terrestrial setup with deep, moisture-retentive substrate (such as organic topsoil and coconut coir) to support their heavy-bodied frame. Keep the substrate consistently damp (avoiding swampy conditions) and always provide a large, clean water dish. Famous for being the "garbage disposals" of the hobby due to their massive appetites and rapid growth rates.
