CARE NOTES
Keeping considerations
Provide a semi-arid, terrestrial setup with deep substrate (4–6 inches of a quality mix like organic topsoil and coconut fiber) to accommodate their strong burrowing instinct. Keep the surface mostly dry with only occasional dampening of lower substrate layers, and always provide a small water dish. Known to be exceptionally hardy and robust once acclimated.
