Cubaris sp. Murina "Glacier" is the stunning, high-contrast white morph of the beloved "Little Mouse" isopod. While it shares the incredible hardiness and prolific nature of the standard Cubaris murina , the "Glacier" variant is prized for its ethereal, snowy-white to pale ivory coloration. Their bodies have a beautiful pearlescent quality that stands out brilliantly against dark, damp soil and green moss. These isopods are the perfect entry point into "designer" Cubaris keeping. They maintain the classic rounded "pill bug" shape and the peaceful, social temperament of the species. Because they are active and bold, they make fantastic display animals, as their bright white bodies are much easier to spot than their wild-type cousins. Perfect for aesthetic bioactive terrariums , beginner Cubaris collectors , and enthusiasts who want a "ghostly" aesthetic without the difficulty of more sensitive white species.
