CARE NOTES
Keeping considerations
Hardy terrestrial species and a good first tarantula. The Spider Shop notes its range along the Atlantic side of Honduras, Nicaragua and north-eastern Costa Rica, and describes it as a burrowing species found around tree bases, rivers, scrubland, and cleared rainforest. Provide a hide, water dish, and enough substrate for digging or anchoring burrows.
