CARE NOTES
Keeping considerations
Provide at least 10 cm of millipede substrate made from decayed hardwood and leaf litter, with live moss and a moist lower layer. Keep the substrate damp but not waterlogged and provide ventilation; a single air-humidity number is less useful than maintaining the right substrate moisture. Decaying leaves and wood should make up the staple diet. The Spider Shop suggests a small monthly supplement of fish flake and lime powder. Avoid unnecessary handling and wash hands after enclosure maintenance.
